Presently, II–VI semiconductor compounds (for example CdSe, ZnSe, and ZnTe) with higher balance and tenability are regarded as promising supplies with greater photovoltaic performance7. ZnSe by itself is a much more promising materials for window layer8 with high efficiency and inexpensive. CdSe and ZnSe equally have a higher capability for photo
